A lamp with a previous life

This table lamp starts as an Indri whisky bottle. Rather than going to a landfill or a crusher, the bottle is collected, cleaned, cut and wired by hand at our workshop in Vadodara, then finished with a printed shade.

The light it gives

The printed shade diffuses the bulb rather than exposing it, so the lamp throws soft ambient light instead of glare. It's built for atmosphere — a bedside table, a console in the hallway, the corner of a living room — not for reading or desk work.

Made one at a time

Every lamp is assembled by hand. Print placement and colour intensity vary slightly between pieces. That variation is inherent to the process, not a defect — your lamp will not look exactly like the photograph, and that's the point.
