Please note that unforeseen circumstances or public holidays may lead to slight delivery delays, but rest
assured, we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Currently, we do not provide a Cash on Delivery option for domestic (India only) orders.

Return Policy:

Our return policy spans a period of 5 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this time
frame. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original
condition. To expedite the return process, please provide your order ID. If any product is missing or defective upon receipt, kindly inform us and share
pictures within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that certain situations do not qualify for exchanges or returns:

1. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
2. Returns exceeding 5 days after delivery.
3. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized products.
4. Products listed under the SALE tab are not eligible for exchange or return.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide not to proceed with your order, please inform us by emailing info@krystalkraft.in with your order ID. We will cancel your order and issue a credit note equivalent to the purchase amount. Please note that we cannot entertain cancellation requests for dispatched orders, and discounted orders are not eligible for cancellation.
